Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, the service stores basic account details returned by Google, including your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image. The app also stores the settings and content you provide while using the service.
- Your configured ZIP code and monitoring interval.
- Your Discord webhook destinations and optional Discord role IDs.
- Your tracked Walgreens product links, names, article IDs, planograms, and related product metadata.
- Your stock check history, including timestamps, store results, and whether stock was found.
- Session data and routine server logs needed to keep the service secure and functioning.
How We Use Information
We use your information to authenticate your account, keep your settings tied to your login, run Walgreens inventory checks on your behalf, store your history, and send Discord notifications to the destinations you configure.
We also use limited technical data to secure the service, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and maintain system reliability.
Cookies And Session Data
The service uses a session cookie to keep you signed in after authentication. Google Sign-In may also set or require cookies or browser storage in connection with its own authentication flow. If you block required cookies, sign-in and account session features may not work correctly.
When Information Is Shared
Your information is not sold. It is shared only as needed to operate the service or comply with law.
- Google receives information as part of the sign-in flow.
- Discord receives the alert content you choose to send through configured webhooks.
- Walgreens and related infrastructure receive product and store lookup requests needed to resolve links and check availability.
- Hosting, logging, or infrastructure providers may process data on behalf of the service operator.
- Information may be disclosed if reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect the service and its users.
Retention
Account records, settings, tracked products, and check history are retained for as long as the account remains active or as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, backup, and operational continuity. Session data may expire sooner based on server configuration.
Your Choices
You can update or remove most monitoring settings directly in the app. You can also sign out at any time. If you need account or data deletion, contact the operator of the deployment you are using and request deletion of your account data.
Security
The service uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect stored data, but no system can guarantee absolute security. You should only configure Discord destinations and accounts you are authorized to use.
Children
This service is not directed to children. Do not use the service if you are not permitted to use Google account services or if use would violate applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Changes To This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
